Job Description:

An associate Software Developer is a good team player and a contributor to the software development process and is responsible for coding, testing and maintaining software systems to the design. Working within a collaborative team that the developer interprets project requirements and translates them into efficient code and troubleshoots issues as they arise. Adhering to best coding practices and staying updated on relevant technologies that software developer ensures the delivery of high quality, scalable and maintainable software solutions. Participation in code reviews and continuous learning i.e. integral parts of the role. The associate software developer plays a important role in the development lifecycle that contributing to the creation of innovative and effective software products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Candidate codes, tests and maintains software systems to meet project requirements. They collaborate with developers, senior developers, leads and the reporting manager to interpret user needs and contribute to system design. The candidate troubleshoots and debugs software applications that identifying and resolving issues promptly.
The candidate adheres to best coding practices and coding standards that contribute to code reviews. They stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance their development skills. With moderate supervision that the candidate participates in new feature development and is involved in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
The candidate develops and maintains documentation for software components and processes. They collaborate with team members to create innovative and effective software solutions that ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable and maintainable software code. They continuously learn and improve technical skills to stay current in a rapidly evolving field.
The candidate performs duties in a typical office environment while working at a desk or computer table. They use a computer and communicate over the telephone and read printed materials in a quiet and professional setting. The candidate may be required to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours that including evenings and weekends.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria and Qualification:

The candidate brings passion and dedication to software development and contributes to a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation thrives. They hold a BS degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or an equivalent field with 0 to 1 year of software development experience.

The candidate possesses a good understanding of software development tools and methodologies. They manage priorities and adapt to change and meet established timelines. Their logical, analytical and creative approach of problem-solving enables to tackle challenges efficiently. They have good communication and teamwork skills, along with an aptitude for learning new technologies and concepts. Their accurate and organized approach ensures efficiency in their work.

The candidate has experience with C#.NET, Data Structures & Algorithms, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST API, Azure Cloud, Angular and React. These technical skills enable them to build and maintain high-quality software solutions.
